Always think that you can do it, you can definitely do it, never let yourself be swayed by a negative word from others. Always remember that life is yours, only you have the right to decide and allow yourself to fall or not. Success or failure is up to you.
Identify and reverse negative beliefs
“I’m not good enough”, “I’m not worthy”. Most of us are influenced by past experiences, and when we “label” them negatively, we subconsciously bring them into reality in the present. Think effectively by inverting a negative thought into a positive one and letting it repeat over and over in your mind .
Powerful words awaken positive thinking
“I’ll try this”. Where is the strength in this saying? Replace that statement with: “I’m going to master this technique and get more clients” . Using strong words will tie success to your thinking.
Just using the word “try” will not motivate, and the word “master” something is very motivating. Effective thinking – and powerful. Strong thoughts encourage strong actions.
When something happens, how do you think of yourself, that’s how you will be
If you think you’re a failure, don’t deserve success or happiness, or you’re not good enough, your subconscious will steer you in the direction you think it is. To think effectively, you must think in ways that will drive you toward success.

Use psychological activation to keep the mind and heart in the same rhythm
For example, you know in your heart that you need to set a budget. However, your head says, “It’s no use, I’m always breaking plans”.
Don’t give up, reverse your thinking . Think how much less stressful it would be to know exactly how much you have to spend and where it will be spent. This will keep your brain and heart in tune, motivating you to budget and stick to it. Psychological activation is much less stressful.
Before feeling hurt or offended by a friend’s actions or words, examine their hearts
In general, by looking at someone’s heart, you will better understand their reaction. As a result, forgiveness comes more easily and saves your energy to be creative, rather than angry and resentful.
Review your own motivation
Before you speak or act, make sure what you’re thinking is your opinion, not that of your friends, boss, or partner. When thinking, make sure they are sincere, unbiased, and not seeking approval or being influenced by others.
Don’t bury sentimental thoughts
When you find yourself pushing an uncomfortable thought away or ignoring a realistic feeling, don’t do it. Even if there are negative emotions involved. Let it manifest. Sit back for a few minutes to feel that feeling. Feel it, face it and let it go. Don’t suppress sentimental emotions because they will always interfere in stressful moments and make you do things you will later regret.
Focus on the present moment
Not yesterday, not tomorrow, but right now. It’s all you have, all that matters to you. This way, your actions in the present will not be constrained by past experiences. This is the most powerful tool to help you think effectively
